These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of boastudio.art (the "Site"), operated by BOĀ Studio / Shaked Gilboa ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About this Site

The Site is an informational and portfolio website presenting BOĀ Studio's interior design services for commercial spaces, and a channel for prospective clients to make contact. Using the Site, including submitting the contact form, does not itself create any binding engagement, contract, or obligation between you and us. Any actual design engagement is governed by a separate agreement entered into directly between you and BOĀ Studio.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, project photography, logos, and design — is the property of BOĀ Studio / Shaked Gilboa, or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with the Site's normal operation; submit false, misleading, or malicious information through the contact form; or use any automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

4. No professional or project-specific advice

Content on this Site — including case studies and project descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding design proposal, price quote, or professional advice for your specific project. Any actual design engagement, scope of work, and pricing will be agreed separately, directly with you, in writing.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services, including Web3Forms (contact-form processing) and, subject to your consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, Instagram or LinkedIn); we are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external sites.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BOĀ Studio / Shaked Gilboa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
